Who to Call About Neighborhood or Gateway Questions

We’ve put together some handy tips and instructions for who to call and what to do to resolve common questions or issues.

Resident Portal Sign-up

  1. Go to SecureCafe.
  2. Underneath the login form, select “Click here to register”.
  3. Enter in your First & Last Name.
  4. Get your registration code by calling The Gateway Building Management at (415) 434-2000. Confirm Spelling of First Name, Last Name, and Email Address with Building Management (Registration Code only valid for 2 hours).
  5. Enter in your Registration Code.
  6. Enter in your email, password, and security question.
  7. Confirm you’re not a robot, accept the terms & conditions, and click register.
  8.  For any issues, call Building Management at (415) 434-2000.
