The GGTA was proud to cosponsor the popular Halloween Party with our friends at the Barbary Coast Neighborhood Association (BCNA) from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 31 on the plaza level at the Gateway Apartments. Even though it threatened to rain, dozens turned out to enjoy pizza and hand out candy to the kids in costume….
